Our president and founder, Virginia Scuderi, is a recognized speaker in the help desk industry. She restarted the HDI Capital Area Local Chapter in 2003 which has won 3 awards from HDI under her leadership; Rising Star Award - 2003, Membership Team Excellence Award - 2003, Newsletter Team Excellence Award - 2003. Ms. Scuderi is requested to speak throughout the country and often appears at the HDI Annual Conference.
