Training Facilities Update
In May 2005, we will hold training in Rockville, MD and the McLean, VA at new facilities. The Rockville facility is conveniently located off I-270 and Shady Grove Road on Research Court. In Virginia, our facility is located in the Tysons Corner area.
Competitive Advantage, Inc. becomes the first Support Center Auditor in the Capital Area
In September 2004, Virginia Scuderi became a Support Center Auditor. Until now, there have not been any local SCC Auditors in the Washington DC area. For more information about how to prepare your site for certification, please contact us.
New Training Site
As of January, 2004, we are holding training events in Tysons Corner, VA as well as at our original training center in Silver Spring, MD. In addition to a comfortable atmosphere, the Tysons Corner Marriott at 8028 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA is conveniently located 2 miles from the Dunn Loring/Merrifield Metro stop on the Orange line. HDI Updates the Certification Curriculum
Competitive Advantage, Inc. is now offering new and updated curriculum from Help Desk Institute. Be among the first to receive Help Desk Analyst and Help Desk Manager certification training with the revised material.
Help Desk Institute will be reviewing and updating certification standards and objectives. Check back for the latest information about the new requirements and certification exam objectives.
