HDI Capital Area Local Chapter

The HDI Capital Area Local Chapter is a member-driven non-profit organization established for Capital Area HDI members and IT support professionals to provide a networking forum and programs for the education and continuous improvement of the IT Support Industry.

ITSM Academy, is an EXIN Accredited, full service provider of IT Service Management (“ITSM”) education and advice.

We are proud to provide ITIL certification training in partnership with ITSM Academy.
